What is meant by slow metabolism?
Metabolism is the process supply of nutrients and disposal of waste to
produce the energy goals. Some people have the same body with a poorly functioning factory.
Whether coming into materials (food), but the work is too
little and processes. Raw materials are stored at the factory (Like fat), but the plant did not generate much energy.
People quickly pass metabolism in the body depends on the raw easy to process and release energy to perform. There is little or no stored at the factory.
With lots of activities, labor both mentally and physically, your body consumes more resources to provide the necessary energy. But someone with a fast metabolism to consume resources calmer.
Here's a little problem that makes your metabolism slow:
- Weight continued to increase over the years
- Weight distributed throughout the body
- Type slow (quiet nature)
- Some active lifestyle
- Quick feel (too) hot
- skin problems (oily skin or hair, acne)
- Preferences for sweet, pasta, fast food
- Eating large quantities, often not needed
- Eating varied little has been one-sided
