As you know, Google Wave cease operations later this year and as we approach this vague date, Google is keeping its commitment to provide tools to export our waves and power storage.
They have now added the ability to download content from a wave in a ZIP file that contains both the "wave" itself, which is in PDF format as attachments that go into it. To do this, you must go to the "Export to" in the bar of each wave and there select ZIP, along with whether or not to add attachments.
They recognize that this is only a useful feature for those with few waves, but both say they are working on a tool to export multiple at the same time and access them from Google Docs.
We have already said everything that needed to be said about the controversial decision by Google, you might find it hard to drain one of the most innovative within its ranks. Now, at least, are gradually providing the junk out before the final collapse.
