The next release of CRM-system Microsoft
Dynamics CRM Online will include Yammer
and Skype. About the same time, developers
have officially informed of its release.
Yammer and Skype integration makes CRM-offer from Microsofts, first of all, more social. In addition to these services, a new version of CRM-system is
optionally equipped with a new user interface. Those
who do not want to move to a new shell will be able to use the old-fashioned interface Outlook.
Also in the update are awaiting possible mass mailing
data, individual Dot-Net-Workflow and support
browsers Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
